Ive had exercise balls before and they seem to last forever not sure what happened with this one or maybe i just had a defective one in the bunch but i would not buy it again

Only reason i gave 4 stars is the resistance bands that came with it are way too long for someone who is short there is barely any resistance and i cant get much use out of them

As a seat it fails badly its not the balls fault its just a little too low for my desk and of course rolls when i sit on it this wouldnt be a problem if it was the right height its why i bought it for this purpose but since its too short i was always trying to adjust and it became inconvenient

Missing the tape measure didn’t come in the box 📦 seems to be sturdy but i really dislike that something was missing from my order and it didn’t come with the exercises in a diagram like i thought
