Pros

These are much simpler than you think. Only downside is the rubber grip tape it comes with. That’s about the only downside.

The wooden rings are the nicest on the hands. The rings are very durable. I like the texture of the rings and how heavy they are.

Works well with the pull up bars to hang the harness. I have it hooked up to my doorway pull up bar and i do a few sets of various workouts on it periodically as i pass by the door. Bought these because my condo gym is so badly designed.

In stores these things are x2-3 as much.
