Pros

The ankle weights are only a pound each but a good way to start out especially if you are a light weight like me. If you're a big guy, the 30lbs is your go to.

Cons

The vest is uncomfortable and fits too snug even when the straps are maxed out. Will not fit a 54” chest like the product description says. Beware of sizing even with straps maxing out. The bottom strap is very tight in the bottom strap.

I am very disappointed that the weights don’t work for my particular body. Strong chemical odor.
