Pros

The lower strap really pushes on my pecs, but the more i wear it the better it seems. It makes me feel like i have t-rex arms. For someone looking to increase productivity during conditioning exercises without using dumbbells this is it!

This is honestly one of my favorite weight vest that i’ve purchased. Variable weight options are a bonus and further enhanced the purchase. There's also loops on the front of the vest where they could be attached for added weight.

Very good for correcting posture and for bone strengthening.

Cons

I am very disappointed that the weights don’t work for my particular body. Strong chemical odor. Smells like motor oil. It should be banned from being sold on amazon.
