Pros

The lower strap really pushes on my pecs, but the more i wear it the better it seems. Fits snugly and comfortably while giving your arms full range of motion. I use them for pushups and squats/walking lunges.

Cons

There is no size option and even with the straps to the max it only fits a skinnnnny person or child. I like to wear ankle weights but the straps were very bad on pair. I dislike this because they brought me a pink one which i didn't like the color on... Read More
