Pros

I use the product to make my walks more challenging. Adding comfortable weight helps your fitness routine. The ankle weights are only a pound each but a good way to start out.

Very good quality no tear, leaks, and very comfortable.

When strapped down properly it stays with me. The only limitation is that the weight is not adjustable.

Cons

Beware of sizing even with straps maxed out. The material inside is nice and soft, so it slipped down as far as it could and pressed deeply into my ankle. If it was a smooth strap the vest would be great but the imprints makes it very uncomfortable.
