Pros
Gel retains its coolness the entire night. Wife suffers from hot feet in bed and used to keep her awake and make her miserable. Use these underneath my fitted sheet during the night to ease my restless legs.
These mats are great when it’s hot. They aren't ice-cold, but a refreshing coolness, especially on your torso/thighs. They work quite well for what's advertised.

Could have been thicker when you lie on it the gel warms up really quickly so the comfort doesn’t last long

Like other gel pads we have had before they have a life span of use in the amount on time it will stay cooling you before it starts absorbing your heat instead these ones did seem quite thin but do last a few hours in the pillow from a cold fridge before you need to move away from them or take them out otherwise they become more like heat packs so if you are using them in bed to help aid a cool nights sleep they are good if you can roll off of them during the night but if you have someone next to you then you will find you will wake up with a heater underneath your head and need to flip the pillow or take

Does the job but not as big or as thick as id expected or hoped so didnt stay cool as long as i hoped

Not great if its the middle of a heatwave as they absorb all the heat and then become uncomfortable but nice if you think hmm getting a bit warm

If you do move a bit around the pad you do enjoy a bit more the cooling effect in a warm summer day but thats all
