Pros

Bialeti is a small one, makes one large mug of coffee. Bought it for my bialetti 9 cup moka express. And the coffee tastes as delicious as ever.

Cons

The gasket is too small, and the moka does not work properly. Please see my photos for the gash in the aluminum filter. Only option is to throw the entire moka pot away and buy a new one.

These are not legit bialetti. The packaging is clearly not legit. Coffee comes out burned and thick as mud.

Filter is smaller in diameter, so it deforms when pressure is applied, creating the gap in the seal. Replacing the seal absolutely does not work. Coffee can't come from the funnel.

Is the cup size an espresso? Just received the item and the package is clearly labeled 3/4 cup. Too small for my one cup moka express. The company knows this is an issues, but continues to send our faulty parts for this size.

These are the quality seals and the only seals i will use in my espresso pots.

They've all worked fine (with the exception of one particularly bad one i got at, of all places, ikea).

I do replace it from time to time as a precaution, but i've never had one get plugged with the grind of espresso that i use.

It always washes clean when i rinse the pot.

The 9 cup bialetti moka pot gasket fit my 6 cup pot.
