The straps over your shoulders are very firm and do not hold very well. The upper backpack strap is bulky. The backpack is not for me.

Since my return i have ordered a pacsafe 350 backpack as this bag was a little cramped at times with the things i stuck into it and i sometimes wanted a little more space particularly when we were on a train or in a plane
