Bought them to hold down my gazebo, they give you confidence as they are screwed into the ground unlike tent pegs supplied.

Screw them all the way down into the sand to ensure a firm grip

You just need to make sure you put it right into the ground otherwise they can pull it out

It would be better if the triangle was closed with a weld as the attached key ring type loop is very thin and poor quality so i just stick the whole retractable lead over the triangle
