The pockets on the side for drinks are too small for actual drinks but it is good for putting bike gps and front light or cell phone if you wanted when parked outside of work

The other problem is the sternum strap

The bottom waist strap is fine but the sternum strap could have been about an inch longer for comfort

The entire back panel is mesh and behind it are 4 strips with raised bumps which create channels through which air can flow cooling the wearer
