Pros

This is a great keto pancake mix. I use it with a little coconut oil and the sides get really nice and crispy. One complaint i have is on the back it says for you will need 4 tbsp of melted butter or coconut oil.

Added some pumpkin spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and coco powder.

This mix is pretty good. Soooo good. Highly recommended. Love these pancakes. Love this brand.

Cons

Tastes like something off the foot of a forty five year old mammoth foot. Equally inedible. Hard to cook with and way too salty.

This mix is super over-priced. It's permanently off the list. This stuff is overpriced.
