Pros & Cons
Pros
The special thing about this seasoning is that it doesn't have any of the most common allergens. Used it during aip elimination and like it enough to keep using after reintros. Our favorites are chicken and pork!
Cons
The branding is very misleading. The container lid and tamper-evident seal arrived broken. Unbelievably it is not eligible for a refund even though it arrived damaged.
The smells alone are like comparing chili powder to the smell of rosemary. All i taste is salt and cumin, and i hate cumin. It contains himalayan pink salt, which is notorious for containing tiny fragments of rock.
Highlights
Quality
If you're a diabetic and need quality spices without sugar, this is the brand.
Love the taste and quality, goes well on almost every thing i cook.
It even avoids nightshades which is the reason why most seasonings are not compliant with the aip.
I don't write reviews unless i am sure.
Price
One bottle will last me almost a year, so i believe the price is worth it.
Price is reason for 4 and not 5 stars.
Packaging/appearance
I'll have to keep this paleo powder combination next to my top cooking additives.
The price seems steep for the ingredients and packaging.
Competitiveness
And i had to give away about a third of my spices, some of which were favs.
