Pros

I am fair skinned and the color pallette is perfect for me. The colors go on effortlessly and are true to what they look like in the pallete. Nice color pallete and quality.

The matte finish is perfect for those of us that don't want the sparkly stuff. Wears all day with a primer.

This is the only eyeshadow (talc free) that doesn't make my eyes burn or water. Not too powdery and didn't get all over my cheeks. Shadow applies smoothly and blends easily (i use a makeup sponge).
