Pros

Neutrogena balm does a great job of repairing chapped lips. It's very soft and glides on nicely. Makes my lips feel silky smooth.

The price is perfect, i go through them so quickly and can't afford anything pricier. Although, maybe a bit overpriced. This works better than expensive lip masks and balms. It works great, i just like carmex in the tube much better.

Cons

It has one out of dimethicone, but is missing octinoxate 7. Also the product discription has it weonf when it lists full ingredients. They list is as having spf 15 but the items delivered do not have any spf.

Product is not very moisturizing like carmex is.
