The numerous suggestions on the packaging can only have been written by someone who knew precious little about wriggly babies and anyway it is most unlikely that baby would be sitting about anywhere without its nether regions being covered

I would summarise by saying that they are pretty unnecessary except on special changing occasions but probably are very efficient at what they claim
