Honestly i could probably fit into a 32gg but the fitting changes at size gg and i’ve found it has more of a minimizing effect

The band is tighter than my usual size and the wires dig into my ribsnot much padding there to take the weight

Im fairly certain im somewhat highnarrow rooted but havent had that confirmed by anyone more knowledgeable than myself about bra fitting which is probably most people who wear bras

When i bent over more than 90° it gave me a very tiny not uncomfortable jab at the top like it just wanted to make itself known but wasnt very insistent about it

Ill be giving panache another shot based on that alone and hopefully i can find one with a cup shape thats more flattering on me
