Quality is amazing and it really centers the bust on the front of the chest- no east-west facing boobs here.
I was skeptical because this bra only has two hooks in the back but i am pleasantly surprised.
I'm glad that i went with the reviews.

Bands are nice and firm if your under bust measures 31 inches and you usually wear a 30 band get a size 32

Fits true to size if you know your true size measure bust and under bust

For example if your under bust is 28 inches and your bust is 36 inches and you normally wear a 28ff you could get away with a 28f or a 30ef if you prefer a less firm band
