Pros
Overall the cooling of the ac is amazing, and even after running it for 10 hours everyday, the electricity bill comes around 2k on a monthly basis. Consumes only 1 to 3 amps and one of most economical acs.
Wifi connectivity with alexa and mobile app control is good. Have used lg, samsung, carrier in my life and carrier being best and samsung the worst. Great product with wifi ability.
Overall a very satisfactory purchase. Could always be cheaper. Shopping and payment experience is smooth.
Cons
Customer service is pathetic. Cooling is not upto the mark. Raised complaints several times but didn't get any satisfactory results.
