Very satisfied with installation process and by the customer service also. Faced problems drom day 1. Installed new processor. Remote is feather touch.
Great picture quality as expected from panasonic. Great when watching content from ott platforms. Just trust the panasonic brand and buy it without second thought.
Cons
Please stay away from this product and infact the brand. Never buy such useless product. Will not recommend anyone to buy this product.
Such a reputed brand but a very pathetic experience from panasonic. Biggest regret. A blatant disregard of consumer experience.
We have to switch off from the main plug as the screen just hangs. Only solution at that time is to restart the tv by pulling out the cable.
Worst experience with panasonic products. Wifi antenna is utmost worst. Also the panasonic support is not upto the mark.
