Pros
It looks a lot slimmer than the one it is replacing and it looks better on the wall as it has a smaller profile. Sound quality is ok and adequate for the price point. Would recommend connecting to an external sound bar or sound system.
This truely is a tv for the new generation. It isn't earth shattering but if you want that, pay more. This tv is superb.
Android tv with bluetooth. Two hdmi inputs is a little restrictive, but i do have switchers that allow me to connect more devices if i need to. The tv also has a headphone socket, which is essential for late night viewing.
Cons
This is not just a defective set. It is slow and unresponsive, and it many time it get's bugged and picture start flickering in all apps like netflix, youtube,disney and you have to restart the tv.

The quality of the image and the audio is pretty good and we had zero issues with that.
I was unsure after reading the other reviews, but i’ve been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the tv.
The sound quality is decent, but it would benefit from external speakers or a sound-bar.

Competitiveness
Purchased to replace a 3yr old gx series and the improvement is huge.
I thought it might not be all that good, compared to some more expensive models.

My only grumble is the backlight isnt really uniform and you can see the brightness of the backlight die all around the edge of the picture

Its really noticeable on a black screen but you dont really notice while something is on

It could have been designed way smaller by losing the 19 buttons like an apple tv or google tv remote

Its slightly complicated to play from a usb drive

You have to scroll up and right to settings then down to apps not the apps heading at the top then select media player

The setup was okay i had issues at the wifi stage where it didn’t connect to my wifi i ended up skipping that step after a few attempts

During setup i was asked if i wanted to link my android phone linking the phone may have made the setup process quicker but i don’t have an android phone
