Pros

It has a nice, sleek, shiny, and reflective look to it. The stainless steel and glass front are fingerprint magnets. My only nitpick is that the stainless button to open the microwave shows fingerprints way too easily.

Newer model is a little louder but cooks way more evenly. Cooks evenly thru the food. Only drawback is no preset cook times for 1 minute, 2 minutes etc.

My last microwave lasted almost 30 years. It replaces an 8 year old micro ( similar model panasonic) we use every day.

Size is perfect for my larger plates or casseroles. Interior is also very spacious. Dimensions are only a trifle bigger.

It does the job. Meets our needs. Good luck, it’s different for everyone depending on how you use it.

Cons

Bad/lazy programming. Used to heat soup ran for two minutes took soup out and returned for one more minute heat. It seems totally unsafe now that metal is completely exposed. It is to the point we feel unsafe using it.

Best working microwave for the money, you can see everything in it will lighted up.

The interior light is dim but the price was reasonable and i recommend it.

We still think they are a good deal.

We received the new oven the next day!

Packaging/appearance

---------------------------we just opened the box, removed the packaging materials & plugged it in.

It turned out that the door button was broken so it couldn't be opened.
