Pros

The features on this phone are top notch and so advanced. The numbers/keys are quite large and the display is very readable. It is stylish and easy to set up.

This is a great handset for an older adult who is, perhaps, less tech saavy. I continue to keep a landline, as i like the sound quality better. Easy to locate a missing handset. Great value for money from panasonic.

Built-in call blocking stops unwanted calls from telemarketers and scammers. A little hard to place in the cradle sometimes, but for the price of this item, you really can't beat it.

The range is good and audio quality is great. Easy to hear speaker feature and easy to mute if needed. Long lasting battery.

Cons

What good is a cordless phone that doesn't have a headset jack? By my reckoning these phones are worthless. There is no menu item on the handset itself.

People sound like they are in a cave, and the battery doesn't last. The volume is a joke. She keeps it on the charger and it should not be this hard to keep in working order.

Really value the easy to use block button and the quick and easy silence button.

Works & sounds really good for a $30 phone plus it has some nice features.

And it also records messages, at a cheap price

5mm headphone connector but they are impossible to find <$75.
