Pros

Panasonic is a good brand and they had served me well, but it was time for an upgrade. It was easily installed and performs well. Great battery life between charges.

A first time caller receives a message that they need to press 1 (or whatever access code you want to use) in order to continue the call. The phone has a call block button on the pad which is fast and easy.

Cons

Many calls have intermittent static. As soon as they were put in place, the phone charges and then starts telling you 'low battery' stopped working after 4 months.

Amazon sells junk and their service *! The operating instructions guide is 116 pages long and very difficult to follow.

I have two phones that keep disconnecting from the base yet a 3rd one in another building does not. My phone frequently looses contact with base. I need to constantly fool around with the handset to get it to connect.
