Product arrived exactly as advertised and works perfectly.
If you are having sound quality problems- change the settings on the wifi so that is not on the same channel as your landline phone.
Also, the call block feature and enlarged phonebook capacity greatly improved the product.

Good product at a great price backed up by great customer service.
Bought it refurbished, looks and works like new, great price.
I was at first skeptical about buying a refurbished product but, considering the price was awesome, i couldn't resist.

If your house has wifi set up and the sound quality is a problem on your new landline phone there is a good chance that the channel on the wifi and the channel on the phone are the same

There are ways to check what channel your wifi is set to you might wanna try another setting on your wifi
