It works like a charm! The quality is apparent right out of the box. Panasonic also stands behind this product by offering a reassuring 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee along with a two year warranty. Overall i'm extremely satisfied with it.

The ergonomic design of the unit sits comfortably in the hand. The silicone texture on the back gives a secure grip even with wet hands. This one is gentler. Fits into a handbag.

The pañny has a charger base that the unit sits on to charge. The hangsun has a usb wall charger with cable and a protective plug cover. The charge lasts through 10 uses and the battery doesn't overcharge.

The hangsun has an advantage over the panny because it comes with extra tips. None of the cons are deal-breakers to me. This model comes with two heads, especially for novices.

The special orthodontic tip makes getting debris out of those hard to reach and tight spaces much easier, and efficiently. The additional tip for use with those who have dental braces or permanent retainers like myself is where is really shines. Great... Read More

Cons

This flosser is so goofy it makes me want to avoid flossing. The most absurd thing about it is how slippery it is to hold. The force of the water jet is a joke.

The two-year warranty is right! I either have a defective one, or there is a design flaw. Tried inserting a replacement. The unit is not as powerful as the type you charge by plugging in even when the batteries are fresh.

This is a piece of junk. Complete garbage. When you discover how lousy it is, if you return it you only get $6.

I’ve owned and or examined several travel water flossers by less famous brands and the quality is just not comparable.
