Pros
Micro aspect is amazing, 1000 watts heats food fast - very fast. Chaos defrost is the best way to defrost frozen food. Food heats evenly and promptly.
The cavity is big and very easy to clean. Easy to clean because of how wide it is inside and that the tray etc are removable.
I apologise if this turns into a long review but this microwave does loads. It’s an all-in-one with every feature being incredible in its own right.

This isn’t just any microwave it’s an oven, steamer and grill all in one.
If it lasts as long as the last product we had (bosch - 33 years) it's a dream of a gadget!
Price
Overall, i'm very pleased with this machine and think it's worth the £450 price tag.
I think the price is excellent considering the features and would definitely recommend it!
My first thinking was how can a microwave have a rrp £449.
The price tag of £450 is very steep in my option tho.

First up, i was bit shocked when the box arrived as it was huge.
Competitiveness
I compare it to the 800 watt i’ve been using for the past few years and can say this 1000 wipes the floor with it.
I regularly bake bread in the aga and the loaf i baked in this cooker on combi 6 setting was almost identical to the one from the aga.
To be fair to it, we've really only ever used it for re-heating, so it's probably not a fair comparison with this panasonic tour-de-force.
Still, it is stronger on microwave than the predecessor, and steam function has more options.

However you would expect it cannot be better than standalone oven steam cooker and microwave for every single function…oven it requires longer time to heat up than an ordinary oven

For microwave it does not have a turning rack inside so food may not be evenly heated sometimes

Steam you’ll have to deal with leftover water inside the oven after use which you don’t need to when using a steam cooker…thus only recommend to those living in small houses

Do recommend using distilled or heavily filtered water if you live in a hard water area as a precaution calcification within the steamer may be the reason for some other reviewers problems
