Pros & Cons
Pros
The closeness of the shave is insane. This shaver is silky smooth and get me lined up nicely. Closest shave yet.
Highly recommend the dock. Personal preference. Also notable is that my 2. Year-old son loves it. No regrets here.
Panasonic es-ls9 razor delivers an ultra-premium shave with six blades. The old-gen series 7 has one stubble blade and two finishing blades. In comparison, using a 5 blade fusion results in less stubble than both after ~24 hours.
Arc6 is the best foil shaver on the market if one is prioritizing functionality and performance over everything else. The build quality of the shaver itself is incredible. It is 100 percent comparable to that of a gillette or other high quality razor.... Read More
The panasonic arc 6 has a stainless steel blade base compared to the series 9. It has a slightly paddle shaped body relative to the arc 6.

Highlights
Quality
Have always appreciated the quality and design.
The razor is very easy to clean, and one charge will last over 15 shaves.
Every time i got a new norelco razor replacement blade set, they always seem to get dull after two or three weeks.
Press and hold the power button for more than two seconds.
Price
If you can afford the premium price it shaves close, cleans easily, and is a wonderful razor.
It's not worth the price amazon wants ($415) i got mine for $325 on ebay.
00 advertised for a baseline arc5, $339.
It is worth paying more for it but over $400 is nuts.
Competitiveness
It shaves so much better than braun and norelco.
The multigroom is a better choice than both the arc6 and series 7.
There's a lot of marketplace competition so perhaps panasonic was looking for a design that would stand out, generate sales.
So everything stated below is in comparison of the arc 6 to the braun 9477 cc that comes with a charging case.
