Pros & Cons
Pros
The quality of the shave is amazing. The razor itself is very good. It gives a closer shave both on my face and head than either braun and the pitbull gold.
The battery lasts for a long time. It is easy to clean and the battery lasts long enough that i dont take the charge cord on vacation.
Light weight, and ergonomics are great. I wish the head swiveled/tilted side to side, but its fixed. Both need to be done manually, but it's a very minor negative.
Ll41k model is yet another superb panasonic arc3 type shaver. This model works on both 110 and 220, which was a problem traveling with my older model (had to buy a transformer) it works fine, and that's what counts. The trimmer works shockingly well.
I prefer this because, once open, the trimmer will stay open and not flop shut accidentally. Wish it had a small storage pouch like other panasonic's but it's not a big deal. Not to mention the cool box and messaging throughout.
Cons
Panasonic razor doesn't shave well.
Highlights
Quality
I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quality shave every time.
Best electric shave i've had in 20 yrs.
The force is strong with this one, however had for 3 months and did not hit anything !
This one is much stiffer and requires you to use the pop-up slider button to both open and close it.
Price
And for the price you really can’t beat it.
This is one heckuva shaver for not a lot of money.
This is good value for the money.
Not a bad little shaver especially for the sale price i got it at.
Packaging/appearance
The collector’s box is such a delight, it features artwork from the star wars trilogy, making the unboxing experience truly magical.
From the box design to the look of the shaver, it was a great gift for him and for anyone that is a star wars fan.
The packaging is so well done and he immediately went to work decoding the galactic basic on the inner flap.
In the box it comes with the shaver, charging cord, cleaning brush, and oil.
Competitiveness
Better than the formerly german brand that changed its design.
The pop-up trimmer itself is much better than the one on my previous arc3.
This is not better than a remington i had years ago but they do not make that one anymore.
I most recently used a braun series 8 for my face and head, and prior to that used an old braun 7 for my face and a skullshaver... Read More
