Pros
Panasonic cordless shaver is great for travel. It gives a much closer shave and the batteries last a lot longer. My second shaver was one of these years ago but was not battery operated.
It does a pretty good job, but he says it has a hard time on his chin where it's getting a little thicker. Close shave.

For the money, you can’t beat the value and longevity that you get out of this shaver.
Great price, works well and holds charge for a long time,
Didn't expect this quality for the price but reading reviews i am glad to tried it.
It is cheap and it does a decent job shaving me.
Competitiveness
This little shaver is the best better than braun better than any big name.
This shaver works better than several i've tried at three or four times the price.
I tried out several much more expensive and rechargeable razors.
But i prefer this cheap panasonic for everyday use, more comfortable, lighter, and gets into the corners better.

Since it is a single foil shaver if the hair is a bit longer you will have trim is down with a trimmer before using since the hairs won’t go into the holes

You can buy rechargeable aas but i dont recommend that as they operate at less voltage and hence less power
