It does not have heating

I had problems with the supplier and when the chair arrived two side panels were cracked due to obvious transit damage

I contacted panasonic and they were most helpful even though they did not agree to repair the damage which i held the seller responsible for

Perhaps panasonic should have considered an adjustable position for the armrest but i imagine not trying to position her arms all the way in would suffice

The one year inhouse service warranty and three year parts warranty is a plus and extended warranties are also available from panasonic at a fair price
