I am really pleased with this purchase.
Cleaning the blades with the supplied brush and keeping it oiled really improves the performance of the unit.
I will never buy another conair product.
The only flaw is that you can't change blade depth with the trimmer running, but that's a minor annoyance.

Only issue is when charging there is a red light and it doesnt turn into green when fully charged
