Pros
The quality of the shave is as good as anything else out there. It's almost as close of a shave as a regular razor. A dry shave is always better. Not too noisy either.
The old charger also works for both units. The battery meter is helpful in power maintenance. It charges super fast and will last a few uses before needing to charge again.
Cons
The ni-cad battery is not holding its charge. Panasonic needs to get back to the previous, elegantly-designed system.
Useless little toy. Dead as disco. If that is indeed the case, it's completely unacceptable.
The battery on this shaver is not replaceable. After 10 months of use the battery is shot and only holds a charge for a single shaving.
This thing is supposed to be a wet/dry shaver. It lacks product detail and was very disappointing when i learned it does not have pass-through shaving capability. But the shaving itself is a pain in the neck.

A good clean, close shave can be obtained with this shaver.
Good wet or dry shave and stays sharp for a long time.
The first one lasted 10 years before the motor seized.
No burn at all, no razor burn, not even when used on bikini line, no skin irritation at all.
Price
Damn good razor for the money compared to less or more money i have spent on others.
That is about half the cost of the whole razer.
For those complaining about the replacement cost -- go purchase a 5 pack of gillette blades if you want a price shock.

You are supposed to change the blades every 2 years but i found out with my last razer i had to change the blades every 6 months

Ive been using this same razor with the same blades for the past 10 years ever since i grew my first stubbles and only deciding to replace the unit now because charging doesnt last as long anymore
