I've been very pleased with this product.
I'm ok with the heft as long as its accurate (which it is).
The minor cons are that it's bulky, it's expensive, and the controls on the display unit are not at all intuitive.
Insert your arm with the palm facing down.
Price
The price was great with the rebate.
Shipping
Only one thing has to know, shipping was very bad.
All shipping label was clear and correct.
Packaging/appearance
Everything was just thrown into the box.

Worst things about it:1) no plug-in adapter.

I took it to my doctor to test the accuracy but i could not monitor because i could not have a table or desk that has the right height to use this machine

Unlike manual instruments that require a stetoscope this machine releases your arm after its done reading so if you buy it for someone who is hard of hearing it wont matter
