The temperature gage seems pretty accurate. There is a shade control that goes from light to dark. The heating system is also unconventional.

I mainly make toast and re-heat pizza (refrigerated, not frozen). The pizza heats nice and evenly.

The one thing i dislike tremendously is the light. This thing is tiny! Push shade control down button twice to get to lightest setting.

This new technology is inconvenient in more ways than one. This is inconvenient to say the least, but functionality is limited. The power cord is a real pain too. It's very easy to tear down.

Time variations are difficult to dial in. Toasting/baking is very uneven front-to-back. Sometimes it works out, sometimes you get partially burned bread/buns.
