Even on the highest speed, the fan is much quieter than the average builder grade unit. The fan is well design for shallow areas and quiet. Moves more air than your standard fan.
Cons
This product is for new builds (before drywall install) only. The oval duct plus the fact that you have near zero clearance when installed over 1/2” drywall makes it nearly impossible to fit standard 4” ductwork in a cramped workspace. The flex z fast... Read More

Quality
Love the quality and the amount of air that is exhaust.
I have nothing to compliant about the installation and very happy with the product.
You would think this would be a fairly common product.

Price
Bought mine at lowe’s because the price had jumped up $30 when i needed it, price seems to be back to normal now.
Competitiveness
We've set it up on the 100 cfm setting and it is still quieter than the broan nutone's 80 cfm model.
This is in comparison to the taller models.
I still give it a five-star rating even though these little inconveniences.
It would be more convenient if a 4-inch to 3-inch oval reducer for the exhaust pipe is provided.

Ieutf8psc1 the fan will pulsate in speed if its connected to a timer switch unless the timer is specifically rated as panasonic compatible
