Pros
The fan is powerful enough to keep the bathroom steam-free while showering and the mirrors no longer fog up. Have always used panasonic fas in bathroom remodels. It is hard to imagine a better vent fan.
The mounting system is genius! Installation is pretty easy. Ez bracket make installation easy. Only minus is i could not figure out from instructions how to use the weird spring clips to hold the grille in place.
It's not very loud, it's one of the better ones. It's also incredibly quiet. It is so quiet with the initial ramp up everyone thought had not connected.
These are perfect. It is very efficient and works fast. Highly recommend it.
Cons
The cardboard cutout provided as a template is not big enough. The instructions are not clear on how you're supposed to attach the fan exhaust/electric junction box to the base. This new model is more quiet but is weak, even on the 110 cfm setting.

When i turned it on i honestly thought i wired something thing for a second because it was that silent

When i first installed this fan with my lutron maestro timer the fan was was cycling on and off constantly

After some research it turns out the issue was that the mestro dimmer i had was an incandescent model and the fan was too low power to work with that timer
