Pros
The instructions are very clear, and design is well thought out. It's bigger than the old builder's models you're used to so take that into account. Now that i have it set up correctly, it is awesome.
It isn't as quiet as i was hoping, but it's certainly not offensively loud. Humidity sensor seems to be fairly accurate.

It isn't necessary to install it with these wires going to a switch: just leave them disconnected.

This was worth the money i spent on it, don't cheap out if you want a quiet fan get this one.

Fyi where i can i usually install a countdown timer switch because the fan is so quiet the user often forgets to turn it off before they leave for the day

If you leave it on it eventually turns itself offand back on if it detects a rise in humidity

The plastic lid isnt a bright white its more of a natural white which some may prefer
