Pros

It’s unbelievably quiet and is super easy to install. This is the quietest exhaust fan i have ever seen!

I highly recommend it and advise you not to wait 30 years like my hubby did to put it in. The fan performs perfectly, as others say, and i hope continues to for many years. I'm sure it will be very long lasting!

Through-the-wall fan can be used to remove moisture and steam from a bathroom. Fan can also help reduce humidity. If attic space is non existent, this fan may be an excellent option.

Fan is almost silent and moves air well. The air feels so much fresher in the space now and the fan is quiet. The flapper door will open when the breeze/wind is intense.

Cons

Fan is so small and weak, all you get in the box is a bunch of thin metal parts and a cheap plastic cover, all $20 worth. They die like most fans that use sleeve bearings - they gradually get slower and slower over time as the lubricant dies or break ... Read More

This product works well and i have no complaints.

This is a little more than the fans you will find at the box stores,but the quality is much better.

I expect that it is designed to slide in and out without cutting it if its consistent with the thought that went into this.

I looked at panasonic because i was so please with the three bathroom light/fan/heater combos i have already had installed for months.

Price

To begin, don't be intimidated by the price (whatever it may now be).

Packaging/appearance

Was the perfect solution to replacing one of those old metal wall fans.

Competitiveness

Great addition to a formerly fan-less bathroom.

Pair it with dewstop fs-100 condensation control and you have an awesome moisture solution.

I'll save the other parts incase something needs to be replaced.
