Pros

The cfm ensures a quick air recycle in our bathroom. Completely eliminates all odor from bathroom.

It's a lot quieter than the aging one we replaced but it's not whisper quiet. This fan is a monster it is quiet and powerful it will * out a fart before it hits the air.

Cons

Fan housing is too wide to fit inside my 16 centered floor joist ceiling. Will always see it and name panasonic and be reminded of error in using this size and configuration.

Good solid construction, good design, high cfm's!

The cfm ensures a quick air recycle in our bathroom with vaulted ceilings, reducing moisture in the room after showers etc.

The post shower wet room is completely resolved no matter how long the hot shower .

This particular model sucks a lot of air and is about as loud as a microwave oven.

Price

That was more expensive than the exhaust .

Shipping

It took a week to retrofit the attic joists, venting and electrical to accommodate this unit.

Competitiveness

The ones at lowe’s don’t even compare to this.

As near as i can tell, panasonic changed this in the new model that is also 10 cfm more powerful than the older version.

One important call out vs the listing is that there is no ez bracket with the 40 model.
