Pros

Sharpener sharpens pencils in a fashion as to make the tip of the pencil as sharp as one needs. Leaves enough graphite exposure for rendering larger areas. Fast, fits in bag, sharpens to a nice long point.

The only battery sharpener sold at our student store. Stalls the least of all cordless sharpeners i've used (and even less that some corded/electric ones), makes minimal noise and it's compact. This sharpener is superior to any other product out there... Read More

Great brand. Wouldn't own any other kind. That is what prompted me to read up on it today. Note to self. But amazon to the rescue.

The blades do an excellent job of sharpening and smoothing, so you don't get that awful splintering. It does not have a blade like cheap sharpeners, it grinds and shaves it down.

It has all you need and overall lasts quite a long time. My first one lasted 10 years and saved me $100. Hopefully they would be made as well as my first one.

Yes they can break now and again, but for less than twenty bucks you can afford to replace it if it does.
