It is a little bigi recommend to buy it with the kx-t7731 proprietary telephone for best configuration.
Much better call quality than our previous voip system, and way cheaper monthly rates using standard lines.
Panasonic seems to have a good hold on this technology with the hybrid phone system.
Seriously, if you want a reliable phone system for your large home or small office, go with the old, tried and true standard.

I recommend this pbx to anyone who wants a large system performance at a small business price.
I gave this a 4-star rating because i found that programming it was indeed rocket science.
Small office and home pbx units have plunged in price and now hover in the $100-200 range.

This is a replacement of an earlier generation panasonic phone system so no wiring was need which simplified the installation

Direct inward system auto attendantogm 180 sec 1 ch feature doesnt work you need kxtva50 unit voice mail unit to get a working aa or ccr tree after you program the built in aa it doesnt play greeting to incoming calls it just beeps and transfers incoming call to operator this is shame on you panasonic

This type of telephone system works well for customers who would like to he telephone systems but cant afford the expensive ones
