Direct inward system auto attendantogm 180 sec 1 ch feature doesnt work you need kxtva50 unit voice mail unit to get a working aa or ccr tree after you program the built in aa it doesnt play greeting to incoming calls it just beeps and transfers incoming call to operator this is shame on you panasonic

In a way this is a product from the past when everyone in the office had a phone on their desk and there was an intercom to call any other phone
