New phones make a difference and the quality is perfect. A great deal & quality. Good quality sound.

The base charger no longer charges the phone and only one speaker (talking caller id) works properly. While the lcd lights up, it only lights up when the phone is out of the base! The voice quality is very poor. Difficult to use many of the features.

I expect this of something refurbished, but these were brand new. These newer phones are not worth the money.
