They do have some of the quirks that others have mentioned like the fact that any call not answered on the handset is considered a missed call but that is just an annoyance more than anything else

I already had the master unit and one expandable phone

Topping it off they are not that bad to look at either

However there is a small pet peeve we have caller id and records on this phone when we missed a call but it does not clear on all phones when you review from one phone only

You have to go to each phone and clear the records manually

It can be confusing since you might have already checked on phone 1 and then later on phone 2 it is still shown as a missed call
