Pros & Cons
Pros
The ringer is loud and the flashing is helpful. The slow talk and boost are perfect. There are tone adjustments that increase base or treble.
The phone is louder than the hard of hearing phones at wal-mart. With the boost button on this phone she is now able to hear clearly. The audio in these phones is robust and much clearer.
After purchasing cheaper phones with lousy sound and features, this phone package is beyond excellent. Fast shipping, perfect transaction. I love this phone, it replaces an old panasonic we had for 10 or more years.
Shape of handset earpiece really helps be sure the phone is position on the ear properly. A jack is provided for a standard headset. It is compatible with the five other non- amplified handsets in our system.
Cons
I never know when it will not work properly. Perhaps this is just a defective unit, but nonetheless, it is frustrating to figure out that the base unit is not receiving power through the ac adapter.

I took pictures of the box in case i need to return the phone.

Competitiveness
We are getting use to the change and it is so easy to block a call compared to our older panasonic.
