At last i found headphones that i dont need to put the in my ear earbuds and that are reasonable size without all the whistles and blows

Its a bit tricky however to fit under bike helmet but the trade off is they actually stay put where as earbuds constantly slip

When the volume is about halfway up i can’t hear anyone else who’s talking even if they are yelling

Ontheear headphones dont really need this adjustment but overtheear headphones do

As a result the bottom of the cup fits snugly and they are comfortable to wear but the top doesnt provide good sound isolation
