Focus is well maintained across the frame and the dof is well displayed.
The battery is good enough to take a few hundred photos including using flash, zoom and video (which is up to a very good quality 4k).
58 at the moment, the camera comes without even a small basic memory card which is absolutely necessary in order to use the camera.
I guarantee you no mobile camera has that…the tz200d weighs 342g with the battery and sd card.

However if you want a long exposure landscape or night photo there is a standard thread on the bottom for attaching to a tripod

The monitor on the back is fixed however it is a touchscreen and so you can use it to select the focus area but if you prefer the more traditional ways just put the viewfinder to the eye and the screen switches off automatically
