Pros

Autofocus is sooooo much better than their previous models as well. The open gate is amazing and the stabilization and autofocus are second to none. Easy to navigate menu and a fantastic auto focus in my opinion.

The support from panasonic is superb as well. The size and form factor make it an easy and incospicuous camera to operate. This camera is so perfect for traveling!

Full frame mirrorless is a game changer. The feature set is unmatched. This camera is beyond greatness for any content creator.

Cons

Canon was dragging their feet to compete. Silkypix developer studio is horrendous and buggy. It's really frustrating.

Camera stabilization features are very good and everything from the construction and feel of the camera is quality.

Im not even good and getting good quality pictures.

I have to constantly load my settings every time i turn on the camera and its really nuisance.

Price

For the price of an a7iv body, i was able to get a s5ii with the 20-60 lens and the 50mm 1.

Plus i got a deal on it from amazon like new condition and saved hundreds.

8 primes cost and similar size and weight

I would buy again maybe pair with a ricoh gr for ultimate travel kit if i could afford it .

Competitiveness

So the i'm quality is better than the sony a7siii.

So glad i was able to sell my aging s1h, as this does true 24fps also, and the 6k raw is amazing, with better options than my s1h.

While i have no way to compare to other cameras in this price range i haven't found myself wanting more that this camera doesnt offer.

I used the gh5 from lumix last and the new phase detect autofocus has been as reliable if not more reliable than any other manufacturer.
