This oven is phenomenal! We have not been disappointed yet. It performs this job to perfection.
Use and clean-up are a cinch. If you can overlook the cons-don't hesitate. Directions tell the new user to let the unit burn out the dirt, dust and whatever impurities may have gotten there from the factory.

No preheat time necessary. Cooking is noticeably quicker. I love that it doesn't need to be preheated and it cooks so much faster!
Cons
Too restrictive control of toasting settings. The oven doesn't turn itself off after its timer goes off.

So delighted with the product that i bought one for my mom when her toaster/oven broke.
Hard to beat the quality of panasonic products.
After some research on-line i figured the power switch is the achilles heel of this product.
I never got my rebate, it was postmarked a couple of days too late, that was a bummer, but no reflection on the product itself.
Price
I thought about buying this for well over a year, as the price was scaring me off.
320f is equivalent to 160c, 335f is close to 170c, 355f is equivalent to 180c.
Shipping
Oven performs great for toast and is fast.
It's fast, does a great job with frozen foods, and quick heating.
Packaging/appearance
Cooking times seem to match with food packaging instructions, which makes the oven friendly for the young cooks in the house.
I mistakenly cleaned it with a chemical that removed the paint.
Competitiveness
We've had it for years & it works like a champ.
The panasonic infared toaster oven has nestled easily into the hearts of our hungry teens.
I mean, why would an 8ft tall wookie.
But this is not meant for a chef.

The pros are the oven does not need a warm up time buttons are easy to operate even my kids can do it oven turns off and sounds a pleasant tone when finished the cooking rack comes out when the door is opened the cons are the reason i have to replace the oven is the door no longer closes though it did last 5 years proof appliances just dont last as long as they used too the trayrack that moves out and is attached to the door falls off the grooves each time the door is opened the infrared bulb cracked although the kids swear they didnt break it you decide
