As others have noted toast or waffles do not brown within an inch or so of the door so push them to the back

The reason for that is to hide the fact that the power cord sticks out of the front of the right side of the oven instead of the back like all the rest

Also the oven is designed for the canadian market so the temperature graduations are in celsius rather than fahrenheit though the fahrenheit scale is displayed
